With over 30 years of experience, Karen is the cornerstone of the CCMG office and the familiar face clients have come to know and trust. Her unwavering commitment to excellence is evident in every interaction, from the way she anticipates client needs to the meticulous care she brings to daily operations. Karen’s attention to detail, organizational skill, and professionalism ensure that both the client experience and internal team dynamics operate with care and precision. She is, quite simply, the heart of the firm.
Outside the Office
Outside of work, Karen plays an essential role in the family’s woodworking business and devotes her time to what matters most: her loved ones. She treasures time spent with her husband Joe, their daughter, son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter, and two beloved grand dogs. In the summer, she finds joy and peace at the beach, and year-round, she channels her creativity into crocheting blankets for Trinity Lutheran Church’s Prayer Shawl Outreach program. Karen’s deep sense of care, commitment, and connection shines through in everything she does—both professionally and personally.
